Context:

This is an introduction video to the module I made for a course, “Adaptability in the Workplace.” This video was placed as the first course material within the modules so that the learners can view it and see how to move through the module contents. The course alignment map ensured that the objectives in each module corresponded to the main course objectives. In addition, all the course content supported each objective. I utilized the Multimedia Principle by inserting both text and visuals (video) to help learners better grasp the material. Lastly, there are different forms of assessments, informal and formal, to help guide students to better understanding.
