Context:

This is a brochure for employees to learn about constructive feedback so they can help improve other team members’ skills. The layout was purposefully made to highlight the basic points so that learners can review the 5 aspects when needed, as well as smaller descriptions for each to reread if necessary. The multimedia principle was employed by grouping each point with a corresponding image. This aids in the process of learning, making it more likely that learners will remember the material in the future.
